Since a standard Homeowner Policy can not be written for a Mobile Home, there is a special policy available just for Mobile Homes with coverage very similar to a Homeowner Policy. It includes Comprehensive Coverage on both the home, other structures, and personal property/contents and personal liability coverage. Replacement Cost on the home, other structures and personal property is also available as well as scheduled personal property coverage for any valuable items.
Policies can also be written for Mobile Homes that you own and rent to others.
